Chief Executive Officer

John Brandon

John is an experienced soccer and education leader with more than 20 years of experience in player development, leadership and youth programs.

Experience includes

• Coaching and recruitment experience connected with professional English clubs
• Current experience within a Premier League environment
• UEFA-qualified coaching and England Schools national team coaching
• US college soccer, player identification and academy scouting
• Large-scale youth soccer, futsal and community programs
• International partnerships, education and safeguarding leadership
• Supporting players into US college soccer

John is responsible for strategic direction, partnerships, service development, international expansion and senior leadership—not simply for delivering every coaching session personally.

Business administration and organizational support

Lisa Brandon

Lisa supports the organization across finance administration, family onboarding, communications, event coordination and operational compliance.

Her work helps create an organized, responsive experience for players, families and partners as the US operation develops.

The team ahead

Building the right US leadership structure.

As the organization grows, future appointments may include a US Operations Manager and qualified program staff. These are planned roles, not current employees.
